SMS / text messaging program

By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box at checkout, or by texting our business number, you consent to receive order-related and customer-service text messages from AiTruckBites. Message frequency varies and depends on your order activity. Message and data rates may apply.

• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details below.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share or sell your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, or text-messaging consent to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties except subprocessors that help us operate the messaging service (for example, our telecommunications provider), solely to deliver the messages you requested.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business — such as our payment processor (Stripe) and our messaging/telephony provider (Twilio) — and only as needed to provide the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention & security

We retain order and contact information for as long as needed to operate the business and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
