SMS Terms & Conditions

Program description

AiTruckBites offers an SMS program that sends order-related and customer-service text messages — for example, order confirmations and "your order is ready for pickup" alerts — and responds to questions you text us. This is a transactional, customer-care program. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How you opt in

You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box at checkout on one of our ordering sites, or by texting our business number to start a conversation. The consent box is unchecked by default, and consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency & charges

Message frequency varies and depends on your order activity. Message and data rates may apply according to the terms of your mobile carrier plan.

Opt out and help

• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@aitruckbites.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not share or sell your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, or text-messaging consent to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For full details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
